About Me
Welcome to Chester Maths Tutoring. As a local Maths tutor based in
Handbridge, I provide professional Maths tuition throughout Chester and the
surrounding areas.
During school, I loved studying Maths and Physics, and I can wholeheartedly
say this was due to the teachers’ passion for the subjects. I hope to offer the
same enthusiasm through tutoring, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Physics
(2:1).
I like to get to know my students and also view the topics from their different
perspectives to get the best results.
My Maths tuition services are available for KS3, GCSE, and A-Level students, with the first lesson offered free to see if I'm the right fit for your son or daughter. Subsequent lessons are priced according to level:

My Process
The first session is free and is used to ensure I am a good fit for your son or
daughter and vice-versa.
Once the first session is complete, I hold a slot for you to fit around your
schedule. If you decide to continue, I then provide two books to purchase.
These books are available to purchase from CGP or from Amazon/ World of
Books.
CGP books are great for studying as they summarise topics into 1 page versus
school textbooks which typically span 4-5 pages. One is a workbook which we
will use in the sessions to teach the topics. The second is full of questions for
homework which can be flexible around workload with other topics.
Also provided is an excel tracking sheet that will allow you to see your child’s
progress and is updated after each session which is tailored to the specific level
and exam board.
